Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@pixie-vault.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of return

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Mystery blind boxes must be unopened and sealed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 -10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
